understand about the products and processes it has been manufacturing for years?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"12919\" data-end=\"13013\">Organizational knowledge is built when individual experience becomes institutional capability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13015\" data-end=\"13087\">It means that lessons learned from one batch can improve the next batch.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13089\" data-end=\"13163\">Data from years of manufacturing can support better process understanding.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13165\" data-end=\"13236\">Experience from previous inspections can strengthen the quality system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13238\" data-end=\"13318\">And knowledge from previous process improvements can support future development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13320\" data-end=\"13573\">The over time is not limited to buildings, production lines, or equipment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13902\" data-end=\"14093\">It also includes the knowledge built through generations of people working across R&amp;D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and other functions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"14095\" data-end=\"14165\">This is something I have come
