Steadfast under the Party’s flag, shaping a sustainable future
Recently, the Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company – Vinphaco solemnly organized the Party Congress for the 2025 – 2030 term, with the participation of the Delegation of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and more than 100 Party members working across the company’s units.
The Congress was a significant political event, marking an important milestone as Vinphaco is undergoing a strong transformation toward sustainable development, production modernization, market expansion, and international integration.
- Reviewing the 2020 – 2025 Term
At the Congress, delegates together reviewed the achievements of the previous term through:
- The Political Report and the Self-Review Report of the Party Committee Executive Board
- Discussions and contributions to the Congress documents
- Guidance speeches delivered by representatives of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee

The accomplishments achieved in the 2020 – 2025 term stand as evidence of the solidarity, political will, and relentless efforts of the entire Vinphaco Party Committee in effectively fulfilling its leadership role, guiding business operations, and building a clean and strong Party organization.
- Electing the Executive Committee for the New Term
The Congress elected the Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025 – 2030 term, consisting of five comrades:
- Mr. Pham Xuan Tho – Party Secretary
- Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong – Deputy Party Secretary
- Ms. Hoang Thi Mai – Member of the Executive Board
- Ms. Dinh Thi Nuong – Member of the Executive Board
- Ms. Bui Thi Thu – Member of the Executive Board

The first meeting of the new Executive Board was convened immediately afterward to announce the results, present themselves to the Congress, and bid farewell to the outgoing Executive Board members, who made significant contributions to the Party Committee and the company over the past five years.
- Approving the Action Plan for 2025 – 2030
The Congress unanimously adopted the Draft Resolution and the Action Program for the new term, defining strategic directions, objectives, and key solutions to strengthen the Vinphaco Party Committee comprehensively and meet the company’s development requirements in the new era.
